What we do

The company's activity focuses on developing PV farm projects, i.e. obtaining rights to lease land for future PV farms, designing PV farms, obtaining administrative decisions authorising the construction of the farms, obtaining connection conditions necessary to connect the PV farm to the power grid, construction of the PV farms and their operation.

Our mission

Our mission is focused on proposing solutions to accelerate Poland's energy transformation. Our goal is to build and manage farms with a total capacity of 100 MW. We want to achieve this goal quickly, within the next few years. We are replacing inefficient energy sources based on coal and gas with green energy obtained from renewable sources. We believe that we can contribute to reducing the negative human impact on the natural environment and the resulting climate change.

Minimal investment risk

Risk, as an inherent feature of every investment project, is also present in our projects. From the very beginning, when we start working on the project, during the pre-investment phase, Sunvest identifies all the risks that the project may encounter during the entire investment period. Such preparation allows us to plan the entire project in a safe and predictable manner, without exposing investors to losses. In the case of photovoltaics, the period [of the project] ends 29 years after the completion of the implementation and the start of the operational period.

The greatest potential for profitability

Return on investment, i.e. the rate of return on the invested capital, depends on maximising revenues and minimising the costs of the operating period with the greatest possible reduction of the investment risk of a given project. Sunvest, as a company specialised in this field, is constantly involved in all aspects of each project, ensuring profitability for its Investors at the potentially highest level.

A well-planned course of the investment period

Sunvest is a company that implements its projects in a well-organised manner. Starting with the planning of each project, it undertakes an optimally selected organisational effort using the appropriate tools and working methods necessary for the efficient implementation of the investment. Each action results from the desire to achieve the previously intended investment goal and must be carried out at a specific time, in a specific place and must meet the requirements of the desired legal event, often conditioning the possibility of implementing the next action, which, due to the needs of the project, is necessary to complete both the entire investment process as well as individual activities determining the possibility of implementing the previously planned investment. Therefore, it is worth re-emphasising the need for good organisation of the entire investment project and careful planning of individual actions aimed at its implementation.

OUR COMPANIES :

CP Green Energy is a company whose services include: small investments offered to households and farmers as well as companies from the SME sector in small photovoltaic power plants [up to about 50kWp]. After the project is completed and the installation is commissioned, company´s customers appreciate the significant savings on energy costs.

SVB System is a company that commercialises the real estate it owns. Sunvest Sp. z o. o. has been successfully operating out of one of the buildings belonging to SVB System since the very beginning of its activity by organising a customer service office there, and recently a new company headquarters has also been located at this address.
