    • lack of a local spatial development plan (LSDP) on the plot, possibly a local development plan providing for the acquisition of energy from RES or allowing technical infrastructure,
    • the area cannot be located in the area of ​​the National Park,
    • no drainage ditches, the land is not in the floodplain.
